Return Policy
Please submit your return request by emailing us at info@calorad.us to obtain
RMA number prior to returning any merchandise – it may take up to two business days
to process a return request.
Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging as delivered (not opened
or damaged). The product returned must be in unopened and re-sellable condition.
Full refund minus 15% restocking will be issued for authorized returns on unopened
packages (same as delivered) returned within 30 days of purchase.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns including refused delivery or
for orders canceled after shipping unless pre-authorize by us in writing.
