Follow these four easy steps to weight loss success:
- DO NOT eat for three hours before you take Calorad. Your stomach must be empty when
you take it.
- Use a tablespoon to measure and take Calorad - not a teaspoon not a soupspoon.
- Drink a small glass of water either with your Calorad or right after you take it.
- Go to sleep. It's very important to sleep right after you take Calorad, so it can
work with your body's natural repair cycle.
Cheating--Eating or Drinking ANYTHING except water.
Even diet soda or gum will interrupt the effectiveness of Calorad. The main reason
for this is your body will search for any source of fuel. When it finds anything
in your digestive system, it will use it for fuel. But when there is nothing there,
it has no choice but to utilize your stored energy, or stored fat. When you consume
Calorad while your digestive system is still processing food or drinks, you also
risk breaking down and diminshing the product's effectiveness.
Water--Failing to drink the appropriate amount of WATER (not tea or soda, etc).
You must drink at least 64 ounces (one half gallon) per day. Water helps rid the
body of excess build-up that occurs when fat is broken down.
Timing--Timing is everything!
Since Calorad is most powerful during the first 90 minutes of sleep, every minute
you spend talking, reading, watching TV etc. reduces its effectiveness. These activities
may cause your body to resume its AWAKE state and sleep may be difficult to achieve
for a period of time. Remember, taking Calorad is the VERY LAST thing you do before
going to sleep.
Yeast--Yeast is an inhibitor to weight loss.
Try Agrisept-L® for one month to help with this condition. Put eight drops in juice
or water three times per day in between meals for up to 30 days.
Overeating--You should be careful not to consume too much.
While you do not have to inhibit your eating with Calorad, a reasonable diet is
recommended. Fat accumulation is still a function of consuming more calories than
can be burned.
Thyroid--Expect slower results with thyroid conditions.
Drink additional water and wait longer than the recommended three hours before taking
Calorad. Your meal may not be fully digested if your metabolism is compromised and
too slow.
Caffeine--Reduce your intake.
It is a diuretic which removes water from tissues. This means that the more caffeine
you consume, the more water your body needs to replace fluids.
Chewing--Be sure to chew your food thoroughly!
The first stage of digestion occurs in the mouth. If food is not chewed at least
32 times, you do not get the nutrients from your food and the chance of overeating
increases. Remember, it takes 20 minutes for your body to tell your brain when it
is full!

Weight Loss success starts at home.
There is a close connection between weight loss, gaining weight, and eating meals
away from home. Try to eat at home, and eat smaller portions and it will be easier
to stick to your weight loss diet, especially if it is a Calorad diet. Then you
just lose weight naturally as your body repairs itself.
Weight loss diets must be health-based.
To lose weight in a healthy manner, you don’t skip meals and then gorge. You
actually increase your chances of weight loss success when your weight loss diet
encourages you to eat more frequently, but less volume. Never let more than three

mode and encourage you to binge. It’s better to be just a little less than
full so your stomach can distribute its acids well and allow you to have better
digestion. You can let the last three hours before sleep become your guideline if
you want to think of it as your Calorad Diet.
Get to know your body’s sensations.
The brain recognizes low energy levels; it doesn’t distinguish between being
thirsty and being low on fluids. This confusion often leads to you thinking you
are hungry, when in reality the sensation is caused because you are low on the ready-to-access
energy, because you are thirsty. We often eat food when the body should receive
water. People who drink lots of water before eating can separate the two sensations.
They don’t overeat to satisfy an urge for the intake of water. This leads
to weight loss success.
